In my own words

I've been connected to Mayiladuthurai for more than 23 years. It's home, and it's where I decided to start this company, rather than in Chennai or Bengaluru.

I came to software from commerce, with a B.Com and CMA Intermediate. So when I look at a system, I also look at the money moving through it: who pays, what it costs to run, and whether the numbers work. That's useful in blockchain, where a mistake is public and permanent. It's just as useful when a shop owner asks if a website is worth ₹13,000.

The lesson I carry from my own work is to check the economics before the engineering. I once built a flash-loan arbitrage engine that worked very well, then found that the remaining profit per trade was below what it cost to run. I should have checked that first. Now I do, and I'll tell you if the thing you're asking for doesn't make sense for your business.

An opinion most agencies won't share: most small businesses don't need a redesign. They need clear prices, real answers to their customers' questions, and a Google profile that's filled in properly.
