How it works
1. Choose the platform
Shopify is easier to run and costs a monthly fee. WooCommerce has no platform fee but needs hosting and updates. We recommend one based on your catalogue and how much you want to manage.
2. Set the rules first
Delivery areas, return policy, cash-on-delivery rules and tax settings come before the design, because they are what cause trouble later.
3. Build and test real orders
We test the full checkout on a phone, including failed payments, before anyone sees the store.
Questions about online stores
Shopify or WooCommerce: which is better for a small shop?
Shopify is usually better if you want less to manage, because hosting and updates are handled for you. WooCommerce suits you if you want to avoid a monthly platform fee and don't mind maintaining a website.
Can you add cash on delivery?
Yes. We can also add limits, such as cash on delivery only above or below a set order value, or an extra charge for it.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. You pay for the build once. Payment gateway and platform charges go to those companies, not to us.
Will the store work in Tamil?
Yes. Product pages and store text can be in Tamil, English or both. Tamil content is included in the price.
